Tim Lines, CEO
Tim has 40 years experience in the energy sector. He specializes in upstream oil and gas, power generation, and district heating. Co-founder of Oilfield International in 1990, he's established partnerships across EMEA and South America, offering valuation services to investors and sellers and facilitating access to capital. His experience includes board positions in oil companies in the UK, Thailand, and Cyprus, with involvement in managing vast oil reserves in Siberia. His leadership extends to regulatory and tariff framework development for district heating and combined heat and power in Central and Eastern Europe, and a recent focus on geothermal opportunities for decarbonization. He is an expert in criminal and civil litigation cases and is engaged with professional organizations like the Society of Petroleum Engineers to advance research, education, and training in collaboration with geothermal institutions. Tim has a BSc in Chemistry, MS in Petroleum Engineering from Imperial College UK, MBA, is a Chartered Engineer, and is a member of the Geological Society and Energy Institute UK.
Carl Bradley Pate, Managing Partner
Bradley has 41 years of national & international chemical, petroleum & natural gas project works while on staff with ExxonMobil & Chevron. Bradley's skill set has primarily focused on mechanical-electrical-chemical/petroleum engineering over risked project management project delivery of on-site operation's & execution. His directorship has executed projects up to annual budgets of $1.4 Billion USD. Additionally, he has worked on thermodynamic material applications with Alphabet Energy in 2018. Bradley has served as a Sr. Subject Matter Expert to Chicago & Wall Street hedge fund firms since 2011. Mr. Pate is a graduate of Texas A&M University - Engineering; Texas Tech University - Finance.
Michael Chambers, President
Michael has over 40 years of domestic and international experience while working for Mobil, Anadarko, and Exco Resources. Mike's skill set primarily focused on operations involved with drilling, completing, and producing oil and gas. He has been involved in many of the industry's firsts from completing deep hot horizontal wells in Germany, gas storage horizontal wells in Austria, to over 1,000 completions in the Haynesville. He has also been responsible for the operations of 5 sour gas plants and numerous electrical distribution systems. He was past president of the completions engineering association, a distinguished lecturer for the SPE and was a vice president of Exco Resources responsible for over 5,000 wells and over 20 drilling rigs spending over $1 Billion gross / year. Since leaving Exco he has been an expert witness in patent litigation in the US, Canada, and the UK. Mr. Chambers is a graduate of Texas A&M University - Petroleum Engineering.
Jack Walker, Legal Counsel
Jack has 45 years of experience in energy land management with Ergon, Union Pacific Resources and EXCO Resources, as wells as several smaller companies. As Director of Land and Vice President for EXCO, he has managed the due diligence process for property acquisitions from New Mexico to Pennsylvania, including several large acquisitions in the Gulf Coast area. He managed land and title acquisition for the drilling of over 1,500 wells in Texas, Louisiana and Pennsylvania. Jack has served on a LOGA Legislative Committee. He is a member of the Texas and Mississippi Bar Associations and a former Certified Professional Landman for 20 years.

Melissa has 10+ years experience in the energy and construction engineering sector, and has worked on finance in Land, Marketing, Invoicing, and Human Resources for Anadarko Petroleum, Exco Resources, 3 Rivers Operating, and KNA Consulting.
Anastasia Ray, Director of Technical Procurement, Construction & Operational Projects
Anastasia has 10+ years of experience in operations, engineering, and general management. She is an experienced leader with a demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute detailed plans. She is highly skilled in written communication, verbal communication, and analysis, including her expansive problem-solving capabilities. Her skills have enabled her to make considerable contributions across organizational levels, often thinking big to inspire others. She holds a bachelor's degree in industrial technology and engineering from The University of Texas at the Permian Basin, as well as a MBA. Anastasia also serves in the US Armed Forces, a member of the Army National Guard for five years, awarded the Army Achievement Medal for outstanding achievement and meritorious service in 2020, and is currently serving with the 1120th Transportation Battalion in Arizona
Arnold Leigh, Enhanced Geothermal Wells Project Engineer
Arnold is a Drilling Engineer and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over eight years of international experience in oil and gas drilling projects. Arnold's skillset ranges from well planning and design, operations, and cost control, to high-impact project planning and execution. While working for Maurel & Prom and Lukoil Overseas, Arnold successfully delivered drilling construction projects and campaigns spanning multiple nations in Africa and Europe with budgets of up to USD 1.4 Billion. He has an impressive track record of enhancing project planning and execution. Arnold is an active SPE and PMI member and a graduate of Saint Petersburg State Mining University - Exploration Geophysics.
Yop Jugul Dalyop, Consultant Data Analyst
Yop is a final-year Bachelor's student in Data Science at the Institute of Technology, University of Caen in France. She has two years of valuable experience as a data analyst; at Safran Analytics, specializing in the aeronautical domain, and currently at IKEA Digital, specializing in data wrangling, collection and ETL optimisation processes.
