Geothermal Drilling Geologist
​Lead interpretation of drilling data to inform real-time decision making for maximized productivity. Complete geologic assessments of prospective sites and facilitate discussions with the stakeholders and customers. Contribute to local outreach and organize field surveys to validate the resource potential of new development sites. Work with our team to advance energy projects from conception to reality.

Power Systems Engineer
Coordinate contractors to lead Organic Rankine Cycle power facility design, permitting, and construction with the unique twist of non-steady inflow temperatures. Review design documents for power facilities and ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and best practices. Coordinate with local utilities throughout the development process. Work with our team to advance energy projects from conception to reality.
Policy and Outreach Coordinator
​​Represent Geothermal Wells LLC while building a community centered on clean, scalable, sustainable energy development. Meet policymakers, locals, and stakeholders to identify concerns and solutions to for responsible energy development. Organize events for the media and for local community engagement. Work with our team to advance energy projects from conception to reality.
