"Secret Sauce"

On a misty morning, a traditional prayer and blessing ceremony signaled a milestone as WJW Rig No 1 commenced drilling on a steep mountainside. Regional public and private leadership was in attendance at the JSS No. 2 drilling site. Beginning with ceremonial fireworks on the surface, the ultimate depth is planned to be 4000 m. The effort supports Tawain’s Ministry of Economic Business Development in their goal of 1 GW of Geothermal by 2028.
